The Cross-Cool Blast Chiller is engineered to deliver performance & dependability for volume production kitchens where crucial rapid cooling and strict temperature control is required. The heart of our unit is the refrigeration containing the “Cross-Cool” advantage, which utilizes a balanced air flow design for optimum cooling performance and economy of operation.
Blast Chiller Standard Features
- Non-CFC Urethane 4″ Urethane foamed-in-place A.S.T.M. E-84-77A
- Class 1 urethane foam has a flame spread of 25 or less overall and smoke developed of less than 450
- Flush fitting 3-hinged 36″ x 78″ Stainless Steel (exterior) door assembly
- 36″ high heavy guage aluminum diamond kick plate interior/exterior
- Door switch activates/deactivates the fan motors
- NSF-7, CSA, MEA and UL Listed
- Security locking hardware
- Vapor proof lights
