OVERVIEW

The Cross-Cool Blast Chiller is engineered to deliver performance & dependability for volume production kitchens where crucial rapid cooling and strict temperature control is required. The heart of our unit is the refrigeration containing the "Cross-Cool" advantage, which utilizes a balanced air flow design for optimum cooling performance and economy of operation.
